𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗺. Does the thought of saying these things to yourself seem odd or make you uncomfortable? That’s a sure sign that you need to work on your confidence. Write each statement in your journal. Then dig into the “why” behind why this feels so strange to say to yourself. Say these three statements to yourself every day. Several times a day. Until it becomes your normal.
