Uplifting and Energizing Diffuser Blends
Diffuser blends are a great way to begin using essential oils. They have several benefits. It’s typically safe to diffuse in your household with children and pets. There are always exceptions and I’ll be sure to make any notes to safety. They not only make the room/house smell amazing but they offer benefits such as anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties along with many more. I’ll give information related to what benefits you get below each blend.

Wild Orange (NOTE, I actually use Sweet Orange): It has sedative and antidepressant properties thanks to the d-limonene component, energetically & emotionally it’s very calming and relieving. It calls in bright, positive energy and can unlock and circulant stagnant energy.
Bergamot: It also has antidepressant properties. Energetically and emotionally it’s uplifting, relaxing, helps to release feelings of anger or frustration.
Eucalyptus: This oils aroma is fresh and bright to clear your head, it calls in bright and vibrant energy.
*Care must be taken when using with asthmatics due to the Eucalyptus. Ensure that if someone in your household suffers from asthma, this is in a space they can leave if it bothers them.

Cedarwood: Due to this oils sedative properties, it’s relaxing and calming. It’s emotionally supportive and grounding.
Lime: The aroma of this oil is bright and refreshing. It can uplift the spirits and bring a lightness to the mind, body & spirit.
Lemon: This oil is known to have a calming effect on the nervous system, it’s incredibly bright and inviting to happy energy. It makes me think of sunshine, what is happier than that! It’s sedative and aphrodisiac properties make it ideal for relaxing your mind and uplifting your mood.

*Bergamot is phototoxic, serious skin burning or damage can occur if Bergamot is applied undiluted and the skin is exposed to the sun or a tanning booth.

Peppermint: This oil has analgesic and antidepressant properties. Emotionally and energetically it’s stimulating, awakening and refreshing. It can refresh and clear your mind.
Orange (NOTE, I actually use Sweet Orange): It has sedative and antidepressant properties thanks to the d-limonene component, energetically & emotionally it’s very calming and relieving. It calls in bright, positive energy and can unlock and circulant stagnant energy.
*Peppermint can cause skin irritation, so take care to avoid direct contact on skin.
