Reset your mind, body & soul in 20 days

I recently ran a 20 day challenge over on my Coaching Instagram and it had such a great impact on me personally that I wanted to share it with you.

The premise behind it is learning one small action step each day that when combined can lead to big changes. It’s a holistic wellness approach. When you can get your mind, body and soul in alignment and balance, amazing things can happen.

So here is the brief description of each day:

  1. Lemon Water

  2. Self-Care Power Hour

  3. Treat your skin

  4. Fresh Air

  5. Digital Detox

  6. Nourishment through food

  7. Positive Affirmations

  8. Clean up your office/desk area

  9. Focus on one thing at at time

  10. Daily ritual

  11. Fuel your passion

  12. Gratitude

  13. Meditation

  14. Go Somewhere New

  15. Write it Out

  16. Unwind

  17. Less Stress

  18. Donate your Time

Because it’s 20 days and a lot of information, I’m going to break it up into two posts. Each day has a picture with some tips with it. I’m going to post each one below. If you want further details on each one, you can always check out my IG Posts for each day, I’ll link to it above each picture.
