Hello my beautiful friends, are you ready for Day 2?
Today we are going to work on a reset of all 3 – the mind, body and soul – all in an hour! The idea of this is to spend 20 minutes focused on each of the three in the morning to jumpstart a mourning routine. You can also do it in the evening, whatever works for you. *So for your 20 minute mind session, try reading, journaling, or meditating. *20 minutes on your body – some type of movement. Walk, dance, yoga, or any other type of exercise. It doesn’t have to be anything rigorous or crazy, just move. *20 minutes on your soul – (stay off social media during this time), try sitting quietly, get out in nature, journaling or meditating can fall into this category as well.
