On my own journey of self-care and self-discovery, I found journaling. And I’ve been hooked ever since. I find that it’s a great way to work through the flood of thoughts I have in my mind on a daily basis. It’s also a way for me to get out things I didn’t even realize were bothering me.

I also use it as a tool for planning my dreams, setting goals and intentions. Here are 25 prompts I have put together for you to get you started on a journey of discovery and helping you to find true love within yourself.
