We are getting to the end of Week 1 of our 20 day challenge.
Day 6 is putting some focus on our body by feeding it some good, nourishing fuel. Honestly, for me, this is also for my soul and my mindset plays a big part in it also. I’ve had to work on adjusting my mindset around food and my body to really start making changes. I’ve realized, through much work, they are all connected. That is why I love the holistic approach to wellness and life. Small changes can lead to big results. Just adding in some fruits and veggies to your day can lead to bigger changes, better results. Baby steps my friends. That is the whole point of this challenge. Just one small action step per day, built upon the previous day, can all lead to life altering changes.
