Day 4, RYMBS Challenge

Day 4. This one is good for mind, body & soul. Get outside. I noted to do so on a lunch break or when you have time to spare – most of us now, have more time than usual. So it’s a perfect time to reconnect with nature. The fresh air and Vitamin D are so good for me mentally. Walking in the grass or meditating outside is so grounding for my soul. The trick is to ensure you get outside and connect WITHOUT your electronics in hand. I hope that you enjoy Day 4!
