3 Diffuser Blends to get your kids through the day

We are all dealing with a new way of life during these unprecedented times. Most of us are remote working, remote schooling and just AT HOME! I know that it can be a bit overwhelming at times. I wanted to share with you a few diffuser blends to help you through your day.

These are all 3 safe for your kiddo’s and geared towards helping them, remember this is a crazy time for them also! I’ll give you a bit of info on each oil and note any safety concerns.

Let’s start the day with a blend to get the creative juices flowing and ready for the day!

  1. Frankincense – This oil encourages emotional healing on all levels, supports focus and attention.

  2. Lemon – This oil is incredibly bright and inviting to happy energy. It makes me think of sunshine, what is happier than that! It’s properties make it ideal for relaxing your mind and uplifting your mood.

  3. Peppermint – This oil has analgesic and antidepressant properties. Emotionally and energetically it’s stimulating, awakening and refreshing. It can refresh and clear your mind.

  4. Rosemary – Stimulates the mind and encourages clarity. It’s energizing and uplifting.

Next, try a blend that will help dial in the focus for study time.

  2. Cinnamon – (NOTE: I use cinnamon leaf) It’s bold and motivating, it can provide support when feeling mentally run-down, it’s uplifting and fosters confidence.

  3. Rosemary – Stimulates the mind and encourages clarity. It’s energizing and uplifting.
